I used them pretty quickly so I can’t tell you for sure how long they last.
But I think they are pretty good for several months if they haven’t been opened.
If they get slightly stale you can put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds per cake or maybe a minute for 4 or 5 cakes, and it will crisp them up nicely..
